Welcome back! In my final blog post, I will be exploring some of the best North American eateries in Glasgow. These affordable, independent restaurants are most definitely worth a visit!    Thundercat Pub & Diner is situated on Miller Street in the heart of Glasgow’s city centre. This restaurant serves up American staples, in the form of both hearty meals and delicious cocktails. The diner, which is nestled underground, just off of Argyle Street, has a vibrant atmosphere. With, neon signs & lightning bolts decorating the walls and diner style booths and high tables filling the room.  The food here is most definitely the star of the show! Thundercat specialises in deep dish pizza pies, but also has a wide selection of burgers, dogs & sandwiches. Welcome back! In this post, I will be exploring some of the top independent South East Asian style restaurants in Glasgow. Whether you’re looking for some tasty Thai dishes or some delicious Vietnamese cuisine, this post provides some tried and tested options for all.    Ting Thai Caravan serves up unique South East Asian street food on West Nile Street, in the heart of Glasgow’s city centre. Whether you’re in the market for some delicious Japanese cuisine or some tasty Korean dishes, this post serves up some quality options for all!  Katsu is a Japanese curry shop situated in Glasgow’s city centre, on West Nile Street. This bustling hub serves everything katsu, in an intimate and cosy environment. With high tables along the windows and an outdoor seating area, this spot is perfect for people watching. Welcome back! In this blogpost I will explore some of the best South American cuisine that Glasgow has to offer. These vibrant, yet affordable independent restaurants are definitely worth a visit!  Mezcal serves up contemporary Mexican-inspired street food and cocktails in the centre of the city. Located on Hope Street, this lively setting is great for large groups or a more intimate catch-up. This restaurant definitely has a fun atmosphere, with colourful neon signs decorating the walls and upbeat music playing throughout.   Mezcal is an alcoholic spirit, originating from Mexico and is made from distilling agave. So, as you may expect, the cocktails are definitely worth talking about! Welcome! In this blogpost I will explore some of the top independent restaurants in Glasgow, that are serving up affordable Mediterranean dishes. From hearty Italian meals to fresh Greek meze, these local businesses are a must try!  Paesano Pizza has quickly become a staple Glasgow eatery in the heart of the city centre. The restaurant which opened in 2015, simply serves fresh Neapolitan pizza. Paesano is incredibly popular amongst Glasgow’s foodies, due to its use of authentic recipes and fresh ingredients. The restaurant has found success in Glasgow by creating a service concept which is unique to the city, yet still feels familiar. Paesano is somewhere I’ve never seen empty, the restaurant is walk-in only, so you can expect to wait a while for a table. Once inside, the pace of service quickly changes, with food and drink orders taken almost immediately.    The menu is incredibly simple with pizza options numbered 1-10. The pizzas are made fresh to order and served almost instantly.
