The restaurant which opened in 2015, simply serves fresh Neapolitan pizza. Paesano is incredibly popular amongst Glasgow’s foodies, due to its use of authentic recipes and fresh ingredients. The restaurant has found success in Glasgow by creating a service concept which is unique to the city, yet still feels familiar. Paesano is somewhere I’ve never seen empty, the restaurant is walk-in only, so you can expect to wait a while for a table. Once inside, the pace of service quickly changes, with food and drink orders taken almost immediately.    The menu is incredibly simple with pizza options numbered 1-10. The pizzas are made fresh to order and served almost instantly.
